Volaris operates out of Terminal 1 at Los Angeles International Airport. Terminal 1, also known as the Southwest Airlines terminal, is primarily used by low-cost and domestic carriers, but Volaris is among the international airlines that use this terminal.
While Terminal 1 does not have direct access to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) facilities for arriving international passengers, Volaris lax terminal flights from Mexico typically arrive at the Tom Bradley International Terminal (TBIT, Terminal B), where customs and immigration processing takes place. After clearing customs, passengers needing domestic connections will need to transfer accordingly.
Great post! I didn’t know that Volaris operates out of Terminal 1 at LAX. This will definitely help me plan my travel better. I had no idea about the international flights arriving at the Tom Bradley International Terminal though; I’ll keep that in mind. Also, I’ve been super stressed about my upcoming classes, so I’m thinking of looking for a way to pay someone to take my class so I can focus more on my travels. Does anyone have recommendations?
